Job Title: SAP Success
Factors Time Management Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Configure SAP Success
   Factors Time Management solutions to meet client needs, including the modules time tracking, time sheet, and time off.
2. Conduct workshops with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
3. Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for time management processes and system configurations.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Success
   Factors Time Management modules as part of the application management support.
5. Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance, support, and knowledge transfer.
6. Assist in
   - sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
7. Stay updated on the latest developments and enhancements in SAP Success
   Factors Time Management functionalities.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Success
   Factors implementations, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP Success
   Factors Time Management implementations.
2. In-depth understanding of time management processes and best practices.
3. Hands-on experience configuring SAP Success
   Factors Time Management modules, including Time Off, Time Sheet, and Time Tracking.
4. Strong analytical and
   - solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
6. SAP Success
   Factors Time Management certification is desirable.
