Tasks

1. Develop a detailed design for all requirements related to physical separation, with a strong focus on the Compensation Module.
2. Perform all necessary configuration activities during the build phase.
3. Independently organize, manage, and execute project testing (Non-Regression, Regression, System Integration, and User Acceptance Tests).
4. Prepare and execute
   - over activities for deployment to production.
5. Manage all project documentation, including Global Solution Design Documents, Configuration Manuals, Workbooks, Training Materials, and Testing Documentation.
6. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to
   - users.

Requirements

1. Expertise in Success
   Factors Compensation Module.
2. Knowledge of Success
   Factors Recruiting Management and Success
   Factors Recruiting Marketing.
3. Experience in configuration and customization of Success
   Factors modules.
4. Strong understanding of testing strategies and deployment methodologies.
