What You'll Do:

1. Leading the detailed design and implementation of Success
   Factors solutions based on business requirements.
2. Performing system configuration and ensuring alignment with best practices.
3. Managing and executing testing processes, including Non-Regression, Regression, System Integration, and User Acceptance Testing.
4. Preparing and executing cut-over activities and ensuring smooth deployment to Production.
5. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, training materials, and testing documentation.
6. Conducting knowledge transfer and training sessions to support
   - user adoption.

What You Are:

1. Experienced SAP Success
   Factors Consultant with 3 to 7 years in design, implementation, and optimization of HR solutions.
2. Strong expertise in Employee Central, Role-Based Permissions, and system configuration.
3. Skilled in testing, deployment, and system integration within complex projects.
4. Analytical and
   - solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
5. Detail-oriented and proactive, ensuring
   - quality documentation and knowledge transfer.
