What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in SAP Success
  Factors projects, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP Success
  Factors modules (specific module expertise is flexible, as long as you have relevant experience).
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, with 2 days per week in the office in Lisbon.
• Excellent
  - solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering
  - quality solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English or Spanish (both are highly valued).

What You’ll Do:

• Lead or support SAP Success
  Factors implementations, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to design, configure, and deploy Success
  Factors solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for HR processes and system optimization.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower
  - users and drive adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring smooth system operation and user satisfaction.
