What you will do

We are looking for an SAP Success
Factors Consultant with
- on experience with the implementation of Compensation and Variable Pay. Independently handle large implementation projects with a focus on Compensation processes such as Compensation Worksheets, Budget allocation, Compensation Planning, Compensation statements, etc. Familiarity with system implementation standards and methodologies.

What you bring

1. 1. 5+ years of relevant experience in SF Compensation & Variable Pay with a minimum of 2
   -
   - end implementations in Compensation and at least 1
   -
   - end implementation in Variable Pay.
2. Good integration knowledge with other modules like PMGM and EC.
3. Strong Success
   Factors Compensation knowledge and a valid certification.
4. Ability to communicate and work well in a
   - functional team environment and also in the offshore/onsite model.
5. Experience in international environments with the
   - existence of global accounting and local statutory needs would be an advantage.
