We are looking for an SAP S/4 Technical Product Owner!

Responsabilities:

• Work as Technical Product Owner for SAP S/4 for the workstream Operations and Quality within Group Consumer Markets segment.
• Taking responsibility for the analysis of the elaboration of global processes and requirements in alignment with business representatives of the group Consumer Markets segment and IT experts for modules like Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, Quality management, Master Data, Management and Plant Maintenance.
• Design practicable solutions together with your agile scrum team, business partners and software architects.
• Strongly align with the group corporate SCRUM teams to ensure suitable processes for ZEISS Consumer Market.
• Define user stories in coordination with the business and hand them over to the SCRUM team.
• Evaluating and integrating Operations processes into group Global Templates and rollout within group Consumer Markets segment.
• Managing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Monitoring progress, identifying deviations, and integrating local needs into global templates.
• Aligning the transformation process with ongoing projects within Operations globally and local sites at group Consumer Markets segment.

Requirements:

• Adegree in (business) computer science, industrial engineering, or another degree program with a focus on information technology.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a product owner or IT project manager.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP PM.
• Comprehensive Understanding in IT Architecture with SAP and
  - SAP landscape understanding, e. g MES.
• Understanding of and experience with agile working methods (e. g. SCRUM) and tools (e. g. Azure Dev
  Ops, Jira).
• Experience in modeling IT processes and describing
  - stories.
• Strong communication skills and enjoy working in agile,
  - organized and dynamic teams.
• Project management experience, strong analytics, and proactive approach.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, reduce complexity, and mentor.
• Change management experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• A high sense of responsibility, good comprehension skills and a high willingness to learn.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
