Job Description

Fusion Consulting is looking for a skilled German speaking SAP QM Consultant to join our team. You will be a key part of the QM stream, contributing to a major S/4HANA implementation project in the pharmaceutical industry.

What you will be doing:

1. Collaborate with the QM stream team to develop and implement quality management strategies and processes.
2. Assist in the assessment and analysis of current quality management practices, identifying areas for improvement.
3. Support the documentation and maintenance of quality standards, procedures, and guidelines.
4. Participate in quality audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to established quality protocols.
5. Provide input in the development of quality management training materials and programs.
6. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to quality management initiatives.
7. Support the resolution of
   - related issues and collaborate with
   - functional teams to implement corrective actions.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality management processes and tools.

Qualifications

1. Demonstrated experience in SAP QM projects within a life sciences environment.
2. In-depth knowledge of SAP QM processes, configurations, and integration with other SAP modules.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
5. Proven ability to work effectively in a
   - paced and dynamic team environment.
6. Excellent
   - solving and analytical skills.
7. Fluency in English and German.
