SAP Product Specialist (Indirect Procurement) - Lisbon

Capgemini Portugal is currently looking for a Product Specialist focused on SAP Indirect Procurement to join one of the world's most prestigious and innovative companies in the luxury industry.

Responsibilities

You will be part of the Product Team. The Product is called
- Shop Buy, having a scope related to Non-Stock (Indirect) Procurement, in an international context. This scope includes collaboration with Vendors through SBN-Buy.

You will need to understand, evaluate, design, build, and implement Features, being part of a Product Backlog, in Agile (scrum) methodology.

Reporting to the Tech Team Lead, with large interaction with the Product Owner, we expect you to lead functional analysis as well as technical analysis, in an autonomous way, interacting with the Business stakeholders when necessary.

You will also take a substantial role in the Buy Project aiming to design, build, and implement/rollout the new Template for Non-Stock Procurement, based on the SBN solution.

Autonomy, dynamism, communication skills, and team spirit (on top of functional and technical skills) are key to succeed in the role.

Academic Background

B. Sc. or MSc in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Skills & Experience

1. 10 years+ of SAP Projects implementation
2. 5 years+ of SBN (Ariba) PTP implementation
3. 5 years+ of experience in Non-Stock Procurement Processes, in ECC-MM Module
4. S/4 implementation (Brown field) experience is a plus.
5. Knowledge and experience in Agile methodology is a real plus.

Technical Skills

1. SAP ARIBA Supplier PTP (Buying), including PR/PO validation Workflow
2. Concrete knowledge on integration with SAP CIG.
3. Debugging in ECC (strongly recommended)
4. Interfaces & Communication as a plus
5. Idocs, APIs, XML
6. Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager for managing and monitoring SAP ECC landscapes, including system configuration and changes
7. Experience with SAP Cloud Platform/SAP BTP and SAP Fiori elements for building modern, responsive user interfaces for Procurement in general.

Functional Skills

1. End-to-End Direct Procurement lifecycle flows (Registration, Qualification, Decommission)
2. Functional Integration (with Supplier Management flows, Sourcing flows, Finance flows)
3. Knowledge of Principles of Supplier collaboration functionalities and Platforms.
4. Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and industry standards related to Procurement, such as
   - specific data regulations (e. g. , SOX for financial data).

English is required.
