Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

As an SAP Consultant specialized in Purchase and Procurement, you will play an essential role in shaping the future of Bosch Home Comfort. Your mission: design, harmonize, and implement innovative solutions within SAP ERP, focusing on R/3 and the migration to S/4 HANA.

You will:

1. Create and innovate: Develop innovative concepts for Purchase to Pay processes, with a focus on purchase, procurement, and ALE systems.
2. Drive transformation: Supporting or driving worldwide optimization and
   - out projects in close collaboration with our production, sales, and distribution network.
3. Be at the forefront: Actively participate in
   - wide migration from SAP R/3 to S/4.
4. Empower the team: Execute requirement workshops, create business specifications, support the implementation in SAP, train and support our key users.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education:

• Degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

• Experience in consulting or in industry with focus on digital technology related to purchasing areas (Purchase to Pay).
• Experience with IT solution in SAP R/3 (focus MM) and ideally SAP S/4 HANA.

Languages:

• Good English and Portuguese skills, written and spoken.

Working Style and Methods:

• Adaptable, collaborative, and skilled in navigating
  - moving environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work with
  - functional teams in an international environment.

Personality:

• Open-minded, innovative, and eager to drive impactful change.

Mobility:

• Willingness to travel 20–30% expected.
