Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the Quality Management workstream as the Technical Product Owner for SAP S/4
• Analyze and define global Quality Management processes in collaboration with business representatives and IT experts
• Design practical and scalable Quality Management solutions together with an agile SCRUM team, business partners, and software architects
• Ensure alignment with corporate SCRUM teams to implement optimized Quality Management processes
• Define user stories and manage their execution with the SCRUM team
• Integrate Quality Management processes into global templates and drive their rollout across markets
• Manage project plans, monitor progress, and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Identify deviations, address local Quality Management needs, and align them with global templates
• Oversee the Quality Management transformation process across global operations and local sites

Your Profile:

✔ Education: Degree in Business Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related IT-focused field ✔ Experience: 3-5 years as an SAP Product Owner or IT Project Manager ✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP QM ✔ IT Architecture Knowledge: Understanding of SAP and
- SAP landscapes (e. g. , MES) ✔ Agile Expertise: Experience with SCRUM methodologies and tools like Azure Dev
Ops, Jira ✔ Process Management: Strong ability to model IT processes and define user stories ✔ Project Leadership: Experience in managing stakeholders, reducing complexity, and mentoring ✔ Change Management: Strong adaptability and ability to drive process transformation ✔ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English proficiency ✔ Mindset: High sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and eagerness to learn
