Under a common roof, the companies of this Business Area offer solutions in the fields of warehouse and conveying technology, palletization plants, software, and logistics network controls as well as system integration.

In 2022, we embarked on a strategic initiative to implement SAP as our core ERP system. As part of our continuous improvement and growth, we are seeking a highly skilled SAP Key-User and Internal Consultant to drive the optimization of our SAP processes and foster a deeper understanding of SAP within our business units.

Your role in our team:

As an SAP Key-User and Internal Consultant, you will be the linchpin in enhancing our SAP utilization, focusing primarily on our finance, logistics, manufacturing, and operational areas. Your role will involve acting as a primary contact for department
- users, advising on process improvements, and delivering training to ensure effective use of the SAP system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP-related queries within the logistics, manufacturing, and operational departments.
2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP processes and functionalities relevant to the business unit.
3. Analyze and optimize existing SAP processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging SAP functionalities to streamline operations.
5. Design and deliver comprehensive SAP training programs for
   - users and departmental teams.
6. Collaborate with external SAP consultants and internal teams to ensure cohesive system integration and use.
7. Provide ongoing support and guidance to SAP users, addressing issues and promoting best practices.
8. Contribute to the strategic planning of SAP enhancements and expansions.
9. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of SAP implementations and training.

Your profile:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with a solid background in SAP from a business perspective.
3. Strong knowledge of SAP modules namely, FI, MM or PS.
4. Proven ability to analyze business processes and recommend SAP-based solutions.
5. Excellent training and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex SAP concepts to
   - technical users.
6. Strong analytical and
   - solving abilities.
7. Proficient in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.

Desired Skills:

1. Certification in relevant SAP modules or participation in ERP rollouts.
2. Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
