Role description:

As part of our expansion, we are launching a new development site in Albergaria-a-Velha, Portugal, in summer 2025. We are looking for an SAP Inhouse Consultant Controlling & Finance (m/f/d) who will play a key role in setting up projects to implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud in Testo Portugal. In this role, you will start with a “blank slate, ” developing new processes and adapting existing ones from Germany to meet the needs of our new location in Portugal.

Your Responsibilities:

• Partnering with our international internal and external team members for the worldwide introduction of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Project of Testo-Group, where your focus will be the implementation of SAP Controlling and Finance apps and functions
• Holistic support and consulting of your colleagues worldwide
• Continuously further development of SAP CO/FI processes
• Providing adjustments to the system via customizing
• Working closely with the department’s specialist, to analyze, evaluate and implement corresponding requirements
• Insure independent analysis, optimization and redesign of efficient business processes
• Managing IT projects
• Advising internal users on the improvement of business processes through IT systems
• Ensuring 2nd level support
• Coordinating cooperation with external partners

Your profile:

• Educational and Professional Background: Successfully completed studies in business informatics, business administration with a focus on computer science or comparable academic degree
• Technical Skills and Tools: Senior level knowledge of Controlling & Finance in SAP S/4 public cloud edition; experience in the implementation of international IT projects in the web environment in connection with SAP and Microsoft solutions
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: First-class consulting skills, mastery of presentation techniques, experience as a project manager
• Personal Attributes: proactive, independent and
  - oriented way of working
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Portuguese; knowledge of German is a plus.
