We are looking for a SAP FICO Support to join us in Lisbon. Responsibilities:Providing Local Support to users;Administrate local Portfolio, track outputs and resolutions;Delivering the functional design of the local features and requirements;Contributing to project and small change deployments;Performing solution training. Requirements:Analyzing existing accounting processes & data and to troubleshoot, correcting or enhance existing solutions;Service will require interacting with accounting and controlling business users as well as IT infrastructure and batch monitoring teams;Expertise of SAP data model;Expertise on a ticketing tool (preference = Service
Now);Developing requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including statutory requirements from various countries, analysis results and feedback from the user community;Producing project deliverables and reviewing for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards;Maintaining good contact with users;Supporting and performing user acceptance tests with the users;Collaborating in complex environments (multi-cultural/multi-country/geographically distributed team);Anticipating issues and reacting promptly;Managing resolution/ownership of problems and issues;Collaborating effectively with business partners, challenging where appropriate to give the best solution/results;Collaborating in a distributed delivery model, with near and offshore teams;Expertise of SAP FI/CO accounting systems implementation is a must;Expertise in SAP BW-BO, COUPA Buyer/Invoice solutions implementation is a plus;Expertise of Ba
U service delivery, for Central Templates in SAP ECC solution deployed for several countries (Central solution and local roll outs), is a plus;Expertise in IT services, consulting or in IT department of a large international company is a plus;English environment is mandatory;Portuguese environment is a plus.
