For our new Plant in Amarante, near Oporto, Portugal, we are looking for an SAP FI/CO:
MISSION
He analyzes the business processes and defines the company’s needs, establishes parameters, and leads ERP implementation projects or projects involving functionalities related to these modules in Group companies. He chooses the standard functionalities to implement and, if necessary, designs and develops other
- made functionalities. He also provides ongoing training and

- day support for users.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE:
- Application maintenance and development: Joint responsibility for the management, maintenance, and operation of SAP functional modules: FI and CO-OM/PC/PA/EC-PCA. Implementation of SAP solutions and functionalities according to business needs. Occasional support for users in the SD, MM, PP, WM, and HR modules. Knowledge of the integration/interaction of these modules with finance and control. Creating, updating, and structuring SAP technical documentation: development techniques. Management of complementary applications: e. g. , VIM by Open Text, LSMW, Innowera. Managing licenses, users, and authorizations. Creating complex queries based on sets of information. Creating CO-OM, EC-PCA, and CO-PA reports (Report Writer / Report Painter). Managing certain SAP basic functionalities: implementing OSS notes, customer copies, etc. Creating and maintaining forms in SAP (SAPScript, Smart
Forms). - Supporting ERP users: Handling and resolving incidents for the group. User training. Preparation of support/training manuals. Progressive industrialization of the processing of requests for support.
- Project management: Leading projects to implement the ERP and its functionalities. Proposing and carrying out continuous improvement projects linked to ERP processes. Management and design of interfaces with technical administration and users.
THE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
- Degree in Management IT, Computer Science, or Industrial Management;
- SAP FICO functional skills (in implementation projects, for example); At least 4 years’ professional experience in similar roles or levels of responsibility;
