Responsibilities

1. Be part of our internal IT team leading the corporation to the next generation SAP ERP system: S/4HANA.
2. Advise and support our business in the design and implementation of innovative and customized SAP solutions in the Financial area, mainly in the Record to report, Treasury and Financial Consolidation process areas.
3. As a member of our global team, you will take responsibility for the entire development process - from requirements gathering, design and implementation to the stable productive operation of the developed solutions.
4. Implement SAP solutions (customizing, functional testing, training) based on our global harmonization initiative.
5. Through active participation in
   - functional working groups and communities of practice, help shape our technological foundations.
6. Integrate adjacent systems via interfaces in collaboration with our internal development team.
7. Continue to educate our key user community by conducting training sessions.
8. Support and improve existing business processes by resolving support tickets (incidents and small changes) and contribute to process improvement & harmonization.
9. Monitor and manage external implementation service providers.

Qualifications

1. University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or comparable qualification.
2. Minimum 3 years of SAP FI/CO experience in areas of Customizing, Roll out, Developments, Treasury applications.
3. Ability to work in global and virtual teams with an independent and proactive work attitude.
4. Strong communication skills, namely the ability to explain SAP solutions in business language to collaborate across business groups/divisions.
5. Customer-oriented work attitude.
6. Experience with S/4 HANA (Project/Working) is an added advantage.
