About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant to support the transition from SAP R3 to S4/HANA systems. You will play a key role in
- application consulting, process design, and implementation across financial and controlling areas, ensuring a smooth system integration globally. This position offers the opportunity to work with innovative logistics solutions and collaborate with diverse teams across global locations.

Salary: €45k-€50k/year

Location: Hybrid - Aveiro (2x/week)

Responsibilities

1. Help to define the process design and solution alignment for FI and CO modules.
2. Support SAP S4/HANA migration.
3. Provide training and support to global key users.
4. Collaborate with HQ finance and controlling teams.
5. Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.
6. Implement process improvements for logistics operations across multiple plants.
7. Provide technical support, resolve challenges, and standardize processes through documentation.
8. Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications

1. Extensive SAP FI/CO experience, R3 and S4/HANA - Mandatory
2. Strong project management and communication skills.
3. Previous experience with implementations.
4. Ability to align with IT teams handling customizations.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with stakeholders.
6. Adaptable and proactive mindset with experience working in international environments.
7. Languages: Proficiency in English & Portuguese (written and spoken).
