What You'll Do:

1. Configure the SAP Cash Application tool to automate the matching of incoming payments to open invoices based on customer details, invoice numbers, and payment amounts.
2. Analyze payment data from various sources, such as bank statements and lockbox files, to apply appropriate matching rules for accurate payment allocation.
3. Evaluate and process proposals for posting customer payments to the correct accounts while ensuring proper clearing of outstanding invoices.
4. Identify and resolve discrepancies, including mismatched payment amounts, incorrect customer information, and duplicate payments.
5. Manage complex scenarios that require manual intervention, such as partial payments, credit memos, and unidentifiable payments.

What You Are:

1. Experienced SAP professional with expertise in Accounts Receivable and Cash Application processes.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for effective payment matching within SAP FI AR.
3. Proficient in working with automation tools and troubleshooting discrepancies.
4. Proactive
   - solver with the ability to optimize financial operations.
