Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Senior SAP FI Consultant to work on the migration of SAP ECC systems to S/4HANA (brownfield), ensuring the efficient transition of financial processes. The professional will be responsible for interacting directly with clients to understand requirements, define implementation strategies and support the migration.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 6-7 years' experience with SAP FI (Finance) as a consultant (not enough from a user perspective);
2. Proven experience in migrating from SAP ECC to S/4HANA;
3. In-depth knowledge of FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Tax);
4. Experience with configuring and customizing financial processes in SAP;
5. Strong knowledge of integration between FI and other SAP modules (CO, MM, SD, etc. );
6. Ability to analyze the financial impacts of migrating to S/4HANA;
7. Knowledge of functionalities such as Central Finance and New Asset Accounting;
8. Ability to troubleshoot and provide
   - implementation support;
9. Experience in direct contact with the client, facilitating workshops, meetings and requirements gathering;
10. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders;
11. Ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions;
12. Experience in change management and training key users;
13. Fluency in English and Portuguese;
14. SAP S/4HANA Finance certification (valued).

Responsibilities:

1. Active participation in requirements gathering and impact analysis for migration to S/4HANA;
2. Definition and implementation of best practices for financial processes in S/4HANA;
3. Configuration, testing and support during the migration project;
4. Support for users during the transition to the new system;
5. Training and qualification of key users;
6. Ongoing communication with the client to align expectations and ensure successful delivery;
7. Documentation of the solutions and processes implemented;
8. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective integration between modules.
