Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced CRM Architect to work with a key client.

Scope of Tasks:

The Functional Architect will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and delivering an
-
- end S/4HANA Service CRM solution, leveraging the 1-Order framework to address complex business requirements for judiciary processes in Multilateral Banks.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Solution Profile Requirements - Collaborate with technical, functional, and UX teams to align on the delivery of a robust solution utilizing standard 1-Order objects.
2. Perform advanced configuration in 1-Order—either in SAP CRM 7. 0 or S/4 Service—ensuring seamless integration with the organization’s business processes.
3. Demonstrate expertise in the following areas:

• Pricing configuration: Designing flexible pricing solutions for service scenarios.
• Technical Objects Management: Configuring and managing key master data related to equipment and functional locations.
• Characteristics Framework: Leveraging advanced classification and characteristics to enable dynamic and adaptable functionality.
• Define requirements for WRICEF components (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Validate the design and conduct rigorous testing to ensure successful delivery of the solution.

Additionally, the candidate must have:

• Experience with integration points for SAP S/4 Service, including materials management, procurement, and financial systems.
• SAP Certification in S/4HANA Service or CRM.
• Prior experience with WRICEF development lifecycles, including close collaboration with ABAP and integration teams.

Profile Requirements:

• Leverage deep knowledge of fiduciary processes, especially within Multilateral Development Organizations, to map solution designs to
  - world scenarios.
• This includes processes related to procurement, disbursement, and project supervision.
• Engage with business stakeholders to identify pain points and design solutions that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in Fiduciary Processes: A comprehensive understanding of fiduciary policies, workflows, and compliance requirements in multilateral development organizations is mandatory.
• Ability to translate complex fiduciary requirements into SAP S/4 functional configurations.
• Power Designer Expertise: Mastery of SAP Power Designer for data modeling, solution design comprehension, and data mapping.
• Ability to interpret and utilize solution design diagrams and schemas to facilitate implementation and testing.
• Functional Testing: Hands-on involvement in functional testing of critical business processes, including procurement, disbursement, and supervision workflows, to ensure solutions meet defined business and operational requirements.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with
  - functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document requirements, design specifications, and test plans.
• Familiarity with SAP Best Practices for service management processes & demonstrated experience in leading solution design and configuration in similar
  - scale,
  - critical implementations.
