We are looking for a SAP VIM Consultant to support invoice management processes using Open
Text VIM. In this role, you will assist with configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting SAP VIM, helping finance teams improve invoice automation and processing efficiency.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid – 2 days
- site per week)

Start Date: April 2024

Contract Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and optimizing the Open
  Text VIM module for invoice automation.
• Help improve workflow automation and document handling.
• Support the integration of SAP VIM with SAP FI and MM for seamless invoice tracking.
• Identify and resolve system errors, invoice mismatches, and workflow issues.
• Assist finance teams in using SAP VIM effectively through training and documentation.
• Participate in process enhancements to improve invoice processing speed and accuracy.

Technical Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SAP VIM (Open
  Text).
• Basic knowledge of invoice processing, workflows, and document management.
• Understanding of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and MM (Materials Management).
• Experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
