Description

1. Resolving challenging functional and technical issues with strong focus on logistics module SAP CIM;
2. Collaborate with business to understand and document opportunities and existing problems;
3. Resolve functional problems, escalate and track problems appropriately;
4. Manage system configuration in accordance with corporate guidelines and policies;
5. Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and process changes;
6. Participate in the design of new enhancements and business processes that will improve operational efficiency across the organization;

The Successful Applicant

1. Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Technology or similar;
2. + 8 years' experience with SAP Material Management modules;
3. Experience in at least two implementations is desirable;
4. Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA;
5. Previous experience in business systems service delivery, good knowledge of the processes of service management (ITIL);
6. Proficiency in information analysis and synthesis focused on resolution of complex problems;
7. Excellent communication and influencing skills both within the business and IT communities;
8. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, desire to interact with, and help end users;
9. Fluency in English is a must;
10. Must have: SAP CIM experience implementing CIM S/4HANA in more than one
    -
    - end project, autonomy, and responsibility;
