We are looking for SAP BI Developers to join our Finance Systems - Reporting team in Airbus GBS!

Responsibilities - your mission

Our main mission is to contribute to the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the ERP Delivery Center. To accomplish that mission, we work closely with the ERP roadmap program and the Digital Business Partners.

Our target:

1. Deliver the strategy and governance for the SAP Business Intelligence landscape in Airbus Defence and Space.
2. Provide a centralized core BI development team, with subcontracting and offshoring support if needed.
3. Ensure delivery of all BI projects within agreed budget and timeframe.
4. Support and maintain BI applications, ensuring service quality.
5. Participate in major transformation projects of Airbus Defence and Space, capable of learning new technologies.
6. Act as IM focal point and BI expert for all Reporting requirements, ensuring service quality and
   - user satisfaction.
7. Be the responsible person for BI projects.
8. Develop BI solutions to satisfy business requirements following the development golden rules.
9. Provide End to End solutions focused on business outcomes and User Experience.
10. Leverage technical trends and new technological possibilities.
11. Deliver business value through continuous innovation on an international scale.
12. Adapt rapidly in an evolving environment through multifunctional and international teams.
13. Analyze business requirements and translate them into IM solutions.
14. Ensure seamless integration of new tools and/or changes in the existing application landscape.
15. Provide specialist advice for the Scoping, Development, Deployment/Implementation, Change Management, Application Maintenance, and Evolution of relevant BI Information Systems.
16. Coordinate communication with other IM areas.
17. Lead change management activities after the deployment of any new tool.
18. Manage and deliver projects in an agile way to implement new functionalities based on business processes.
19. Support business with BI applications in their daily work, providing functional and technical support.
20. Implement bug fixes and solve issues in productive environments within existing SLAs.
21. Be accountable and responsible for the BI Reporting service.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

1. Excellent communication skills to engage customers on requirements and delivery.
2. Able to work proactively with all stakeholders, understanding the
   -
   - end project life cycle in a collaborative manner.
3. The ability to work to strict timescales as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team.
4. Proactive and
   - making skills.
5. Good
   - solving and analytical skills.
6. At least 2 years of experience in the required domain.
7. Technical knowledge in BW and deep experience in BW developments (both with BW On HANA and BW4HANA) is mandatory.
8. Experience on SAC.
9. Technical knowledge in UI5 and Fiori is desirable.
10. English: At least advanced level required. Ability to communicate in other European language(s) would be beneficial.
