What you'll do

1. Support SAP customers on the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise, leveraging the capabilities of the Business Technology Platform (BTP).
2. Delivery of standardized factory services as a SAP Basis consultant.
3. Project delivery as Technical Lead for customers, including support during requirement gathering phase, analysis of system landscape, and technical design.
4. Execution and assistance to the team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions (Migration, Upgrades, and Conversions) and support with ongoing projects.
5. Coordinate customer project members, team, and own project tasks.
6. Provide guidance on cloud migration (AWS, GCP, Azure).
7. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical problems.
8. Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
9. Support in escalated projects and system optimization.
10. Provide specific expert consulting and act as a coach for colleagues.
11. Build credible relationships with peers and clients, ensuring continuous professional learning of SAP products.

What you bring

1. Fluency in English (both written and oral).
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar experience.
3. 8+ years of previous experience working across a range of implementations, upgrade, and migration projects.
4. Strong knowledge and
   - on experience with S/4HANA, SAP HANA DB, Cloud Migrations, Operating Systems (Unix/Windows/Linux), Databases (Oracle/DB2/SQL Server/Max
   DB), and Performance Tuning.
5. Excellent communication skills with a technical focus.
6. Active member of a
   - related community.
7. SAP Certifications in S/4HANA, OS/DB Migration, Net
   Weaver, and SAP HANA preferred.
8. Experience of working in large landscapes/environments/customers.
9. Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge.
