Role Overview

As part of the IT Internal Controls team, you will be:

1. Acting as the primary focal point for SAP IT General Controls (ITGC) questions.
2. Assessing and ensuring SAP segregation of duty rules, periodic access reviews (when needed), escalation, and
   - up of authorizations control breaches.
3. Providing guidance for a
   - based approach on Authorizations.
4. Supporting projects and organizational change on authorization concepts to obtain overall consistency.
5. Supporting audits on existing solutions and being proactive in providing evidence and clarification to requests.

More generally, the jobholder is responsible for the quality of the evidence collected, archived, and provided to Auditors (internal and external) and Internal Controls stakeholders.

Requirements - Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

1. Degree in IT, Engineering, or Management.
2. + 1 year of experience working with SAP Basis or SAP Authorizations.
3. SAP authorization knowledge maintenance and design of an authorization concept.
4. Experience in projects involving systems deployment in the Finance function.
5. Innovation leadership: deploy appropriate innovation methods, techniques, and tools to support an innovation opportunity lifecycle phase.
6. IT Audit experience with an
   - depth understanding of the Oracle and SAP ERP environments.
7. Demonstrated analytical and
   - solving skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
9. Self-motivated problem solver and quick learner.
10. Good analytical
    - solving and
    - finding skills.
11. Customer-oriented and team spirit.
12. Flexibility and capacity to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment.
13. Strong relationship building skills, internally within IT and with business users.
14. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
15. Language Skills: English written and spoken (B1 level or +).

Technical Skills Needed

1. SAP data flows, single and composite roles.
2. Audit/Internal Controls/Compliance requests.
3. So
   D (Segregation of Duties) concept.
4. SAP S4/HANA, Fiori, and BW (also known as BI) systems (ECC is a plus).
5. Microsoft Excel/Gsheets (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and other formulas).
6. Change Request Management (Cha
   RM) tool or similar.
