responsabilidades chave

? SAP Platform lifecycle management with our ESP;

? SAP Platform monitoring;

? Performance analysis (resources, load balancing, Hints, Archiving, etc. . . );

? Security guideline deployment (SSO, parameters, SAP note, s
FTP, encryption, etc. . . );

? Incident management, root cause analysis and associated improvement plan management;

? System refresh and upgrade management (SPAU/SPDD, Blue
Copy, etc. . . );

? Transports and project support (Cha
RM, OSS call, ALE, Workflow, dumps, Interfaces, job scheduling, etc. . . ).

competências

SAP Basis expertise in ECC6 and S/4HANA systems;

Expertise on HANA DB management and Oracle;

Problem-solving and proactive;

English proficiency;

Communication and coordination skills;

Experience in SAFe methodology.
