Our client operates globally in various sectors and is recruiting a SAP Architect and Tech Lead for the Information Systems Department, joining a growing team with strong involvement in international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for simplification and innovation in business processes by leveraging native SAP S/4HANA functionalities and SAP BTP solutions in compliance with the SAP Clean Core model.
• Lead the technical and functional architecture of the group’s various SAP ecosystems, overseeing different implementation projects across multiple geographies (countries).
• Coordinate technical and
  - functional teams to maintain SAP solutions and resolve bugs.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams, enabling them in new SAP technologies and methodologies.
• Align priorities and ensure value delivery according to strategic definitions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in SAP systems (S/4HANA) in implementation consulting or product management.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC.
• Experience with ABAP 7. 0, ABAP Restful Application Programming Model (RAP), and SAP Fiori/UI5 extensions.
• Experience with SAP BTP / Integration Suite is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage distributed and
  - functional technical teams.
• Experience in driving organizational changes related to digital transformation.
• Ability to understand complex processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong focus on aligning technology with the company’s strategic goals.
• Fluent in Portuguese, with a minimum English proficiency level of B1-B2.
