We are looking for an SAP Analytics Project Manager to join our company in one of our projects, in Lisbon.

Tasks:

• Project Planning & Execution: Lead SAP analytics project lifecycles, including planning, scoping, design, development, testing, and deployment phases;
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver analytics solutions that meet business needs;
• Resource Management: Oversee internal and external project resources, including consultants, developers, and functional teams;
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, anticipate challenges, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery;
• Reporting & Documentation: Track project milestones, budgets, timelines, and quality metrics. Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders;
• Solution Delivery: Drive implementation of SAP analytics solutions such as SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP HANA;
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for process optimization and improved delivery;
• Leadership & Mentoring: Support and coach project team members to deliver
  - quality outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus;
• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing SAP projects, with 2+ years focused on SAP Analytics;
• Proven experience delivering solutions using SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and/or SAP HANA;
• Strong understanding of data modeling, analytics, and reporting within SAP environments;
• Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e. g. , MS Project, Service
  Now);
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and
  - solving skills;
• SAP project management certifications (e. g. , PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate) are preferred;
• Experience managing, reporting and communicating on budgets, timelines, and resources in
  - scale,
  - functional projects;
• Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid (on-site 1 or 2x per week)
