Project

We are looking for an experienced SAP SF EC Specialist to join our team. This position offers a hybrid work environment. You will be responsible for providing expertise in the SAP Success
Factors Employee Central (EC) module, with a focus on maintaining and implementing SAP solutions.

Role

• Participate in SAP SF EC maintenance projects, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution;
• Collaborate with team members to provide functional and technical support for SAP SF EC;
• Lead and assist in SAP SF EC implementation projects;
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance;
• Contribute to a
  - oriented environment while taking ownership of assigned tasks.

We are looking for

• Over 4 years of professional experience with SAP Success
  Factors Employee Central (SF EC);
• Higher education degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields);
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP SF EC, enabling autonomy in troubleshooting and problem resolution;
• Proven ability to handle maintenance projects and contribute to SAP SF EC implementation;
• Fluency in Portuguese and a working knowledge of English (Intermediate level). Spanish is a plus.
