What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2. 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development
3. Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
4. Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration
5. Familiarity with Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools
6. Experience with source control management tools such as Git
7. Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and senior developers
8. Strong
   - solving and analytical skills
9. Salesforce certification is a plus
