Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration, AMPscript/HTML/CSS/SSJS/SQL programming will be essential in delivering
- quality solutions that meet our business requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Customize and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud from an Admin perspective;
2. AMPscript and Scripting: Writing and optimizing AMPScript for dynamic content and personalization in emails, mobile messages, and cloud pages + SSJS knowledge;
3. Automation/Journey Builder: Building and managing automation processes, including triggered emails, journey workflows, and customer engagement paths;
4. Integration: Integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow (cross-cloud/product), particularly mastering the connection with Salesforce CRM;
5. Data Management: Handling data architecture, segmentation, and maintaining data quality within the Marketing Cloud environment;
6. Perform data migration and data cleansing activities as required;
7. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce implementation and integration;
8. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements and evaluate their applicability to our organization;
9. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
2. 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, including expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration, AMPscript/HTML/SSJS/CSS/SQL Programming;
3. Experience implementing
   - cloud architectures, especially between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM;
4. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification is a must;
5. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is a must;
6. Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus;
7. Proficient in web services (SOAP, REST);
8. Familiarity with integration patterns and tools for integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems;
9. Experienced in Agile delivery;
10. Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices;
11. Excellent
    - solving and debugging skills;
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels; English C1.
