What do our Salesforce Marketing Cloud consultants do?

• Work on projects to implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for our clients
• Build, test, execute and optimise customer journeys and marketing campaigns
• Work with the customer data to create segments and data models that meet client requirements
• Create content personalisation using simple scripting language (AMPscript)
• Automate processes within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Advise and consult our clients on how to get maximum out of the platform
• Conduct workshops with project partners

What person and previous experience are we looking for?

• 1+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL
• Team player with a friendly attitude to others
• Someone who is ready to accept new challenges and not looking for routine work
• Used to communication of technical aspects to internal and client teams
• Familiar with concepts such as Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, IP
  - up, Audience Segmentation, Omnichannel Customer Journeys, Data Modelling
• Not required, but nice to know Java
  Script, experience working with APIs and Postman
