Richemont is expanding their presence in Lisbon by opening a Technology Competence Center to serve all the Maisons worldwide. We are looking for a talented Salesforce Engineer to help supporting the delivery of Client engagement solutions and applications to its Maisons.

The Salesforce Developer will be part of the Richemont LNR (Luxury New Retail) Technology Client Engagement Area Team. You will be joining a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in a major,
- Maisons, worldwide Salesforce initiative for some of the most prestigious Maisons. You will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams in different countries and time zones.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud & Data Cloud platform.

Your expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex programming, and Lightning components will be essential in delivering
- quality solutions that meet our business requirements.

Additional expertise in Salesforce API’s, integration patterns, security model, and large data volumes will be highly appreciated

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business and technical, to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including but not limited to, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security controls
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and controllers to extend the functionality of Salesforce and integrate with other systems
• Design and build Lightning components and applications using Salesforce Lightning Framework
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts to enhance user experience and productivity
• Customize and configure Salesforce integrations, including but not limited to : Google Cloud Platform, SAP CPI, Mule
  Soft, Informatica, Kong, Solace.
• Perform data migration and data cleansing for large data volumes (update, delete) in collaboration with different stakeholders.
• Produce
  - over plan for releases, agreeing with stakeholders the dates and volumes of operations.
• Conduct systematic testing of Salesforce implementations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce implementation and integration.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements and evaluate their applicability to our organization.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement system improvements and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, including expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex programming, Lightning components and Salesforce Integration topics (SOAP/Rest API, Bulk API v1 and v2, Platform Events, custom web services).
• Salesforce Developer certification (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II) is a must.
• Proficient in Salesforce development tools and technologies, such as Visual Studio Code, Salesforce DX, Salesforce APIs, and CI/CD using GIT.
• Familiarity with integration patterns and tools for integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Experienced in Agile delivery and Atlassian suite of products (Confluence, Jira, Zephyr).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices.
• Excellent
  - solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in a complex,
  - paced, distributed environment with high expectations.
