MAIN PURPOSE

The Senior Salesforce Developer will operate within the Client Interaction area, part of Group Platforms LNR (Luxury New Retail). You will be joining a dynamic team where you will support our worldwide Salesforce initiatives that are aiming at improving the customer experience when interacting with our boutiques or
- centers through a unique tool fully integrated with all the client touchpoints. Our template is based on
-

- art cloud solutions leveraging mainly Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Vonage CTI.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Propose and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other programming languages and frameworks.
• Participate in complete application life cycle from technical design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of
  - quality salesforce solutions using coding best practices.
• Your
  - centric mindset allows you to identify and recommend creative solutions to build extensions to the
  -
  -
  - box capabilities of the platform.
• You guide the development team to a successful setup and ensure they follow the best practices.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce development with :

• a solid experience in back/front-end development on Salesforce platforms,
• an experience with REST integrations,
• a good understanding of security models,
• basic knowledge of Salesforce administration,
• proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to Salesforce development (e. g. , Apex, Java, Java
  Script),
• ideally a first exposition to
  - centres and Salesforce Digital Engagement solutions (1-to-1 via whatsapp, sms, live chat…).

Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Developer 1 and 2, Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, super badges)

Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce products (ability to investigate and debug)

Excellent
- solving, communication and leadership skills.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, experience with Jira and Confluence suitable.

Previous exposure to test automation technologies and best practices is a plus.

Excellent proficiency in English.
