We are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud to join us in Lisboa / Braga / Coimbra.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and configuration of Salesforce Service Cloud Live
  Chat.
• Integration of Live
  Chat with other systems and platforms.
• Customization and optimization of workflows in Live
  Chat.
• Analysis and monitoring of Live
  Chat performance metrics.
• Support and troubleshooting related to Live
  Chat.
• Very good English, as communication will be in English throughout the day.
• Office attendance twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) in Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra.
