We are looking for our next Salesforce developer:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree;
• Proficiency in Salesforce development and customization, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components (Aura and LWC);
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects;
• Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and
  - party applications;
• Familiarity with Salesforce Connect, Mule
  Soft, and other integration tools;
• Experience with data migration, data loading tools (e. g. , Data Loader, Workbench), and data modeling in Salesforce;
• Understanding of Salesforce data architecture and data security/sharing rules;
• Proficiency in development tools such as Visual Studio Code with Salesforce extensions, Git, and CI/CD tools (e. g. , Jenkins);
• Knowledge of Agile development practices, version control systems, and deployment processes;
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively;
• Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints;
• Understanding of project management methodologies (e. g. , Agile, Scrum);
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications;
• Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, and creating technical documentation;
• Certifications such as: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator or other relevant Salesforce certifications;
• Familiarity with
  - specific Salesforce solutions (e. g. , Salesforce Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud);
