We are looking for a professional to join a client team.

What you will do

1. Gather and document business requirements;
2. Design and configure Salesforce solutions (custom objects, workflows, Flows);
3. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to implement solutions;
4. Conduct user training and create documentation;
5. Support UAT, testing, and provide ongoing user support.

Who you are

1. 3+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role;
2. Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud;
3. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (no-code/low-code);
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
