Malwarebytes is looking for a collaborative,
- driven Salesforce.com Administrator to assist in the ongoing product roadmap, development, and support of Malwarebytes Sales infrastructure, supporting CRM applications, and quote to cash solution. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce.com implementations, Salesforce CPQ implementation and use as well as ongoing maintenance and support. To be successful in this role, a good understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, with the ability to support custom apps and objects, flows and data manipulation is necessary. Having developer experience is a plus. We are seeking someone focused on improving the
- user experience and accustomed to working closely with Sales Operations. A highly motivated,

What You’ll Do:

• Handle all the administrator functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, flows, workflows, process builders, release prep and deployments, and other routine tasks.
• Maintain software development life cycle and version control using the Flosum release manager.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide solutions.
• Have a good understanding of the Salesforce Quote-To-Cash system and be able to administer, recommend, and develop solutions on Sales Cloud.
• Complete regular internal system audits and system governance protocols.
• Participate in project planning sessions with project teams to analyze business and technology requirements and outline the proposed technology solution.
• Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations.
• Work as part of a dynamic team throughout the software development life cycle.
• Share best practices and improve processes within and across sprint teams.
• Proactively communicate innovative Salesforce.com capabilities to the internal team for continuous improvement.

Skills You’ll Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• SFDC Certified System Admin (Admin 201) or 5+ years in SFDC, Salesforce.com, Salesforce Administration.
• CPQ Certification is a plus.
• Experience building advanced validations, rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience using Demand
  Tools, or Salesforce Inspector for data manipulation.
• Experience using Flosum Release Manager or a similar CI/CD tool.
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
• Proficient level experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Flexible/adaptable work approach and can go with the flow/changes of a dynamic organization with a mature Salesforce org.
