Daily Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to engage clients and identify their needs.
- Present tailored solutions, upsell additional services, and secure deals.
- Act as a trusted Account Manager to build and maintain client relationships.
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and results.
Requirements
- Languages: Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher).
- Experience: At least one year in B2B sales, with a focus on cold calling and upselling.
- Passion for the tech industry and innovative solutions.
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Greek work permit.
- Availability: Ready to start or relocate to Athens immediately.
