Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Sales Specialist Hematology, based in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new therapeutics.
2. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the products' clinical efficacy, articulate a value proposition for the customer, provide clinical support/information as needed, and achieve their sales objectives.
3. Conduct business analysis, actively prospect for new business (i. e. , identifies key accounts, develops specific plans for penetration).
4. Develop customer specific
   - and
   - call plans that include objectives, probes and supporting approved materials.
5. Effectively penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the assigned territory.
6. Appropriately use all marketing tools and resources, including computer generated presentations, uses closing skills to move sale to next step (i. e. , another appointment,
   - service, patient identification, etc. ).

Qualifications

Education:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of two (2) years of successful pharmaceutical, biologic / biotech, or medical device sales experience. Preferably in Hematology or the core therapeutic areas of Janssen (Oncology or Immunology).
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.
• Residing in Lisbon.
