ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Representative in Portugal, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will be a key player in promoting the company's products/services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets in your designated region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into
  - term sales relationships.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, providing insights and reports to management.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while ensuring company objectives are met.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Degree in Business Administration or Marketing from a top school in Europe or the US.
• Structured & disciplined work habits, fast and analytical thinker, very attentive to detail.
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing activities, and working independently to achieve results.
• 3+ years in a sales role, preferably in a related industry (B2C).
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; proficiency in other languages is a big plus (Spanish, German, French or Italian).

All employees must be EU residents with a work permit for Spain. The job will be based 100% onsite in our HQ in Alcobendas, Madrid.
