What is expected in this role:

1. Assist customers - both private and professional - via phone and written communication to find the right parts;
2. Register new customers and process orders efficiently;
3. Ensure all customer requests are fulfilled, providing timely updates on order status;
4. Offer clear information on logistics,
   - sales procedures, and any related inquiries;
5. Support customer satisfaction initiatives and follow up to ensure a great experience.
