David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Sales Representative with Hungarian for their Lisbon office. Together with your colleagues, you will engage in B2B outbound sales for small and
- sized businesses (SMBs). You will work with a high volume of hot leads, aiming for a conversion rate of 15% with an expected 3-5 sales per day.

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engaging potential accounts by calling leads provided by the client.
• Employing negotiation skills to close agreements and onboard new clients.
• Managing each sales opportunity with unwavering persistence and focus on closing sales.
• Adapting and innovating work processes, finding the most effective paths to seal deals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Flawless communication skills, both written and oral in Hungarian (C2) + Proficiency in English (B2);
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure;
• Very good accuracy and attention to detail, understanding that small details can make the biggest difference;
• Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision;
• Proactively utilize strong sales skills to place an order;
• Working in a dynamic environment, with customer satisfaction in mind;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Flexibility is required and will occasionally involve overtime work;
• Extraordinary teammate, thriving in an environment where camaraderie matters.

OFFER:
