David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Sales Representative with Hungarian for their Lisbon office. Together with your colleagues, you will engage in B2B outbound sales for small and
- sized businesses (SMBs). You will work with a high volume of hot leads, aiming for a conversion rate of 15% with an expected 3-5 sales per day.
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engaging potential accounts by calling leads provided by the client.
- Employing negotiation skills to close agreements and onboard new clients.
- Managing each sales opportunity with unwavering persistence and focus on closing sales.
- Adapting and innovating work processes, finding the most effective paths to seal deals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Flawless communication skills, both written and oral in Hungarian (C2) + Proficiency in English (B2);
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure;
- Very good accuracy and attention to detail, understanding that small details can make the biggest difference;
- Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision;
- Proactively utilize strong sales skills to place an order;
- Working in a dynamic environment, with customer satisfaction in mind;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Flexibility is required and will occasionally involve overtime work;
- Extraordinary teammate, thriving in an environment where camaraderie matters.
OFFER:
- Affordable accommodation in single rooms in shared apartments provided by the employer.
- Sponsored yearly flight back home and return of flight costs to Portugal.
- 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
