Sales Representative – Mining & Aggregates Equipment
Taurian MPS is an Indian company specializing in the manufacture of crushing and screening equipment essential to the mining and construction industries. Position Overview
We are looking for a bold, dynamic, and proactive sales representative to drive the expansion of Taurian in Europe/Africa. This professional will be responsible for prospecting clients, identifying market opportunities, and providing consultative sales of mining and aggregate processing equipment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Prospect and develop new clients in the mining and aggregate sectors.
- Create strategies to expand Taurian’s presence in Europe/Africa.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with mining companies, quarries, and construction firms.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with technical and financial expectations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customer support and assist with equipment implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales of mining and aggregate processing equipment.
- Deep knowledge of Taurian’s equipment and competitor products (Crushers, Screens, Feeders, Conveyors, etc. ).
- Understanding of different types of minerals and aggregates, their applications, and production processes.
- Ability to identify potential customers and develop market penetration strategies.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for
- value contracts. - Availability for frequent travel and work across different regions in Europe/Africa.
- Established a network of contacts within the mining and aggregate sectors.
- Previous experience in market expansion and new business development.
- Intermediate to advanced English for communication with suppliers and international partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion & Business Growth – Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand Taurian’s presence in Europe/Africa.
- Lead Tracking & Database Management – Maintain and update a CRM/database tracker to map and track all leads and potential clients, ensuring effective
- ups and pipeline management. - Prospecting & Client Acquisition – Research, identify, and establish relationships with potential clients in the mining, aggregates, and construction industries.
- Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain
- term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Technical Consultation & Solutions Selling – Provide expert advice on Taurian’s equipment, including crushers, screens, feeders, and conveyors, ensuring customers get the best solutions for their operations.

- value contracts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives. - Competitor & Market Analysis – Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor strategies, and identify differentiation opportunities to strengthen Taurian’s position.
