Inviting applications for the role of Sales Program Front Line Manager – Management Trainee - English - On Site Lisbon! In this role, you will be responsible for Service delivery, People development, and being a
- focused problem solver with a strong analytical and continuous improvement attitude.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the
   -
   - day operations in accordance with requirements and SLAs.
2. Provide exceptional people management, mentorship, and career development to team members.
3. Drive Operations teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains.
4. Flag and escalate business risks timely to the client/supervisor.
5. Drive revenue for our client by supporting scalable sales programs across a variety of direct clients and agencies.
6. Interact with site lead and/or SDLs to understand business reporting and data analytics requirements.
7. Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
8. Liaise with
   - functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic services and programs.
9. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.

Preferred Requirements:

1. Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
2. Experience working in a sales or account management role with small businesses.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Passion for social media/entertainment marketing.

Minimum Qualifications

1. High school diploma or bachelor’s degree with years of Operations experience leading teams.
2. Relevant years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience.
3. Creative,

4. Proficient level of English min C1.
5. This job will require working in a normal shift, Monday to Friday.
