Inviting applications for the role of Sales Program Front Line Manager – Management Trainee!

In this role, you will be responsible for Service delivery, People development, and being a
- focused problem solver with strong analytical and continuous improvement attitude.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the
   -
   - day operations in accordance with requirements and SLAs.
2. Provide exceptional people management, mentorship, and career development to team members.
3. Drive Operations teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains.
4. Flag and escalate business risks timely to the client/supervisor.
5. Drive revenue for our client by supporting scalable sales programs.
6. Interact with site lead and/or SDLs for business reporting and data analytics.
7. Ensure the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
8. Liaise with
   - functional teams on operational and strategic services.
9. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.

Preferred Requirements:

1. Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
2. Experience in a sales or account management role with small businesses.
3. Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for social media/entertainment marketing.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of Operations experience.
2. Relevant experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising.
3. Ability to perform well in a dynamic environment.
4. Creative,
   -
   - box thinker and strategist.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Proficient level of English (min C1).
7. This job will require working in a normal shift, Monday to Friday.
