About the Role

We are growing our presence in the Portuguese market and looking for a dynamic and
- driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in the central-south regions of Portugal. This role focuses on expanding and managing our B2B partnerships with retail travel agencies and tour operators.

Job Responsibilities:

• Grow and maintain B2B relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and TMCs
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth
• Conduct client visits, provide training on our platform, and offer sales support
• Represent Go Global Travel at trade shows, events, and conferences
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, Marketing, IT, etc. )
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and report to the Regional Manager
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
• Handle escalated customer concerns with a
  - oriented approach

Requirements:

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the travel industry
• Deep understanding of the hospitality sector and wholesale booking platforms
• Familiarity with XML/API distribution technologies
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Organized,
  - motivated, and
  - oriented
• Native Portuguese speaker with professional English proficiency
• Based in or near Lisbon, with a valid driver’s license
• Authorized to live and work in Portugal
