Location: Porto, Portugal Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Key Responsibilities Lead Identification & Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, content marketing, cold calling, lead lists, and market research. Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on their potential and readiness for sales engagement, ensuring a high conversion rate. CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems (HubSpot) to track, manage, and analyze lead data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams: Align lead generation strategies with business goals and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales team. Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct cold calls and outreach efforts to engage potential leads, handling objections and persuading them to take action. Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze lead generation data to measure effectiveness and continuously optimize strategies. Language Requirements We are hiring specialists for different target markets.
