What you’ll achieve

As a Graduate Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing
- class IT solutions to a customer base in Lisbon. You will work closely with different teams locally and internationally to build your network and will work on challenging projects to gain commercial and business acumen.

You will:

1. Demonstrate sales ability and achieve targets, work within a team to support achievement of sales goals, and deliver on customer service levels.
2. Effectively articulate the value proposition associated with Dell Technologies’ products and services.
3. Recommend business solutions considering customer needs and Dell Technologies’ interests, building relationships with customers based on knowledge of Dell Technologies’ technology, products, and services.
4. Leverage
   - functional resources to achieve results and meet customer needs, independently gather information, and work on own initiative, making decisions based on an appropriate amount of information and data analysis.

Essential Requirements

1. Business / IT related degree and graduated in 2023.
2. Full working proficiency in English and Portuguese.
3. Passion for technology and sales and ambition to succeed within a sales role.
4. Ability to learn Dell’s technologies, products, and services and to align the portfolio to customer needs.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
