Job Overview
We are looking for an
- oriented, highly collaborative Sales Executive with a hunter mindset to help us address this massive market opportunity and take the organization to the next level. This role requires someone who is
- minded, proactive in identifying, developing, and closing new business, and is comfortable with outbound B2B sales.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales.
- Territory Strategy: Identify and research territories to formalize a

- market strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days. - Pipeline Development: Develop a sales pipeline through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
- Sales Pipeline Maintenance: Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure
- achievement of targets. - Strategic Selling: Engage with prospect organizations to position Automaise solutions through strategic
- based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data. - End-to-End Sales Process: Manage the

- end sales process, engaging appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, VPs, and C-Level executives. - Achieve Sales Targets: Drive new opportunities and sell Automaise solutions into midmarket accounts to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Short and Long-term Results: Generate
- term results while maintaining a
- term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation. - Forecasting and Revenue Delivery: Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
Requirements:
- Mandatory - Proven experience: in selling Software as a Service (Saa
S), within customer service/contact centers. - Success: in leading complex and commercially significant sales to Customer Service, Operations, IT, and business leaders.
- Consistent attainment of sales targets.
- Hunter Mentality: Excitement around hunting greenfield territory and building your business from the ground up.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Customer-Centric: An active listener with Customer Service & BPO business acumen to deeply understand our customer’s challenges.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Strong focus on delivering customer success with a consultative,
- based sales approach. - Team Player: A highly collaborative team player with a
- first mentality; we leave our egos at the door and support each other to drive results and win together. - Language Skills: Native/Fluent in Spanish and another European language is a must.
