We're looking for our first Sales Development Representative to join the team as the newest member of our sales team to help us execute and refine our early sales strategy. Your focus will be to engage with, develop and execute
- channel campaigns to drive leads for the sales pipeline. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.

About the opportunity:
- You will identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company;
- You will contact and qualify potential customers; and help set appointments and follow up on leads;
- You will work closely with the Sales Lead to track, monitor and report on our progress towards meeting sales goals;
- You will collaborate with the Sales Lead and wider team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets;
- You will become an effective user of our customer relationship management software, Hubspot, to manage leads and sales activities;
- You will help create and maintain our email sequences and Linked
In messages using automation software (Hubspot and more) to book first calls; - You will stay

- date on market trends, competition, and industry developments; - You will also have the opportunity to work on some marketing related activities (event management etc);
- You will have the opportunity depending on performance and meeting targets to grow into an Account Executive with training and support from the Sales Lead.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a sales related role - this does not have to be directly in B2B sales, and could include in industries like retail;
- Placed in the top 15% of university class or top 10% performer in your previous role;
- Eagerness to work in a
- facing,
- driven environment; - A desire to learn and grow in the sales field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A proactive approach to interactions over the phone, email and direct messaging on Linked
In; - Diligence to follow up on internal and external leads to move them from inquiry to appointment;
- Very good attention to detail;
- The desire to provide a
- centric experience to potential new customers; - Tenacity with a great desire to succeed;
- An energetic,

- never approach to internal and external collaboration; - Resilience and the capacity to recover from rejection and adversity;
- Hunger to progress your career in sales;
- Fluency in English, any other languages are a plus;

Benefits:
We offer a salary of €22, 600 base (depending on experience), plus ~€5662 uncapped commission (~€28, 262 OTE) and ownership of Ribbon via
- efficient EMI stock options.
